Lead Teacher

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Foster a warm, inclusive classroom where all children feel safe and supported
• Promote social-emotional growth, independence, and a love of learning
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate effectively with families and coworkers
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, snack, lunch, and transition times
• Follow all program policies and licensing guidelines

• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow daily routines
• Must be dependable, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children
