Preschool Assistant Teacher - 3 Year Old Classroom

Looking for a meaningful part-time job that works around your family’s schedule? We’re seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Assistant Teacher to support our lead teachers in creating a safe, fun, and engaging classroom environment for children ages 3-4. 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–1:30PM

• Support the lead teacher in implementing daily routines and activities
• Assist with supervision of children during play, snack, lunch, and transitions
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Encourage positive behavior and help foster social-emotional development
• Participate in classroom prep, clean-up, and basic documentation
• Communicate kindly and professionally with children, families, and staff
• Follow all program policies and licensing regulations

• Experience with preschool-aged children preferred
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and nurturing
• Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be patient, playful, and passionate about helping children grow
